2. 账号与邮箱
- 身份识别:本站通过您从插件跳转时携带的邮箱信息识别身份。请确保您在支付时显示的邮箱与您在插件中使用的账号一致。
- 信息准确性:如因用户提供错误的邮箱信息导致充值到了他人账号,由此产生的损失由用户自行承担。
3. 退款政策(核心条款)
虚拟商品属性:由于本站销售的 AI 调用点数属于“购买后即刻消耗”的数字虚拟商品。
不退款原则:一旦支付成功且系统已将点数发放至您的邮箱账户,本站不接受任何退款申请。
异常处理:若支付成功后 1 小时内点数未到账,请及时联系我们的技术支持邮箱(eugeniapatton24@gmail.com),我们将为您人工补发。
4. 价格与服务调整
- 价格透明:当前所有套餐价格(入门版、专业版、旗舰版)均已在首页明确标示。
- 服务稳定性:AI 服务受模型供应商(如 OpenAI 等)影响,若因供应商接口调整导致功能变动,我们会尽力优化,但这不作为退款理由。
5. 禁止行为
用户不得利用充值后的 AI 额度进行任何违反法律法规、侵犯版权或进行恶意爬虫、攻击服务器的行为。

This agreement is a contract between the user (hereinafter "you") and the "MenuCraft Ultra"
extension team regarding the AI service recharge provided by this site. Please read carefully before
recharging.
1. Business Model Description
- Supporting Service: This website serves solely as the official recharge center
for the "MenuCraft Ultra" browser extension.
- Delivery Method: After you complete payment via Stripe on this site, the system
will automatically sync the corresponding AI Credits to your extension account within 5 minutes
based on your logged-in email. This service does not involve physical delivery and is an instant
digital service.
2. Accounts and Emails
- Identity Identification: This site identifies your identity through the email
information carried when you navigate from the extension. Please ensure that the email displayed
during payment matches the account you use in the extension.
- Information Accuracy: If providing incorrect email information results in a
recharge to someone else's account, the resulting loss shall be borne by the user.
3. Refund Policy (Core Terms)
Digital Good Nature: The AI Credits sold on this site are digital virtual goods
that are "consumed immediately upon purchase."
No Refund Principle: Once payment is successful and the system has issued the
Credits to your email account, this site does not accept any refund applications.
Exception Handling: If Credits are not received within 1 hour after successful
payment, please contact our technical support email (eugeniapatton24@gmail.com) promptly, and we
will
manually reissue them for you.
4. Price and Service Adjustments
- Price Transparency: Current package prices (Starter, Pro, Ultra) are clearly
marked on the homepage.
- Service Stability: AI services are affected by model providers (e.g., OpenAI).
If functional changes occur due to supplier interface adjustments, we will strive to optimize,
but this does not serve as a reason for a refund.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the recharged AI quota to engage in any behavior that violates laws and
regulations, infringes on copyright, or conducts malicious crawling or attacks on servers.
